After all, Derek Fisher is getting old and is not able to compete with guys such as Derrick Rose, Russel Westbrook, John Wall etc. After all the rumors of getting Dwight Howard down to Los Angeles, sources say the Lakers have got over Dwight and are ready for a new starting point guard.
