Chris Paul Trade is Dead

On Thursday night the three-team trade including the Los Angeles Lakers, Houston Rockets, and The New Orleans Hornets, a league owned team, is now dead. After announcing that Chris Paul is now the current point guard for the Lakers the NBA rejected the proposal for "basketball reasons". I personally am happy that the league vetoed the trade because even though i would love to see Chris Paul in purple and gold, theres no reason to send Lamar Odom away after winning 6th man of the year and dominating off the bench and coming in as a backup for injured Andrew Bynum.
