After having there first trade offer vetoed, The New Orleans Hornets have resubmitted a new trade proposal that doesn't include Lamar Odom. The trade would be, Chris Pau goes to the Lakers, Pau Gasol to the Rockets, and New Orleans receives Kevin Martin, Luis Scola, and a 2012 first-round draft pick. After Stern refused, Friday Morning, to reconsider his decision too veto the trade proposal, the Hornets were allowed to return to talking with the Lakers and Rockets. Talks immediately started up again on Friday.
I think David Stern should not be able to veto trades. I also don't like how owners are complaining that the Lakers are trying to "stack" there team. The Lakers have money and they can do what they want with it, if your teams owner, for example, the Clippers, doesn't want to spend money than take that up with him, but don't interrupt a trade for other teams.
